By downloading or using Prayer:Salah Focus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Prayer:Salah Focus, developed and operated by Sahap Ettinadiyaman ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

Prayer:Salah Focus is a productivity and lifestyle app that helps Muslim users:

• Track the five daily Islamic prayer times (Salah).
• Block distracting apps automatically before prayer time using iOS Screen Time.
• Receive local notifications as reminders before prayer time.
• Track weekly prayer history and streaks.
• Find the Qibla (direction of Mecca).

3. Subscription and Free Trial

Prayer:Salah Focus offers an auto-renewable subscription to access premium features. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• Free Trial: A 3-day free trial is offered for new subscribers. Your iTunes/Apple ID account will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: After the free trial ends, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscription options include Weekly and Monthly plans. Exact pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or use a new device, tap "Restore Purchases" in the App to recover your active subscription.
• Manage Subscription: You can manage your subscription at any time at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Subscription management and billing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or payment features.
• Interfere with the App's security or integrity.

6. Prayer Time Accuracy

Prayer times are calculated using the Aladhan API based on established Islamic calculation methods. While we strive for accuracy, prayer times are approximations. Always verify with your local mosque or Islamic authority for religious obligations. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on the App's prayer time calculations.

7. App Blocking Feature

The app blocking feature uses Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls API. You are responsible for ensuring that app blocking is used appropriately and does not interfere with emergency communications or other critical uses. We are not liable for any issues arising from blocked apps.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
